Scientific 7-minute Workout App features the following:

✓ Set how long you want the breaks to be; with 5 second breaks at default, the overall exercise is exactly 6 mins 55 seconds (12 30-second exercises and 11 breaks), this can be increased or decreased
✓ Option to set number of circuits to make it as challenging as you want .
showing all completed exercises above the current exercise, and upcoming exercises directly below it on the pause screen
✓ Complete Workout Log , showing you days you have done the workout, and number of rounds completed.
✓ Easy-to-follow and detailed instructions (including video !) of every exercise in the workout.
✓ Ability to switch between the exercises during the workout (going back or skipping some )
